Terry started Proflight in 2001 and has been the sole owner since inception. Terry's experience in the aviation industry commenced in 1975 and he graduated at Airforce Base Langebaan in 1976. Over the past 36 years Terry has worked at South African Airways, Transaer, Flitestar, Searay Aviation, Air Gulf and Owenair Pty (Ltd).

His involvement in aviation has extended beyond the cockpit, holding positions in rostering, decentralization, the SAA Pilots Association flight and duty committee and as a member of the SAA pilot support group (C.L.A.S.P)

Deonne commenced his aviation career in the South African Airforce, involved in maintenance of the fighter squadron based at Hoedspruit. He has 24 years in aviation maintenance with the last 13 yrs being spent in commercial maintenance and planning.

Subsequently he has worked as an engineering assistant specialist for SA Express – maintenance planning, maintenance manager MTN lightship and is a SACAA approved chief inspector AMO 73.

Deonne is qualified as a USA A&P and a qualified military artisan.

Graham Wells completed a BCom degree, part-time, at the University of South Africa. Whilst studying, he worked at Rosmead Investment Consultants, an asset management business in Cape Town. At the same time he was made a director of SkyeInvest Administration (an aircraft Investment company).

He was involved with the sourcing of new products and investment opportunities at RIC and SIA. Graham has 6yrs aviation experience.

Graham joined Proflight in 2009 and is responsible for the financial management of the business as well as aircraft sales.

Debbie completed a Bachelor of Arts (Human Movement Science) Degree at the University of Port Elizabeth (1995), majoring in Human Movement Science & Psychology and has a Diploma in Travel and Tourism.

Debbie has been in the aviation industry for 10 years (Flight Operations / Aircraft Management / Accounts).

After working at Execujet for 3 yrs she joined Proflight in 2003 and is responsible for the day to day operational running of the business.
